About btv138

Who We Are

btv138 is Indonesia's premier online betting platform, dedicated to providing players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and beyond with a world-class gaming experience. Since our launch, we have built a reputation as one of the most trusted and reliable platforms in the Indonesian market, serving hundreds of thousands of active players who choose btv138 for their entertainment needs.

Our platform offers a comprehensive range of betting options including sports betting on BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, and other major leagues, live casino games with professional dealers, slot machines from top international providers, and traditional Indonesian games such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (online cockfighting). We understand the unique preferences of Indonesian players and have carefully curated our game selection to match local tastes while maintaining international quality standards.

What sets btv138 apart is our unwavering commitment to three core principles: security, fairness, and player satisfaction. Every transaction is protected by bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption, the same technology used by major financial institutions worldwide. Our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure completely fair outcomes. We never manipulate results, never delay legitimate withdrawals, and always treat our players with the respect they deserve.

Our Mission

Our mission at btv138 is simple yet ambitious: to become the most trusted and player-friendly online betting platform in Indonesia. We achieve this by focusing relentlessly on what matters most to our players—fast transactions, generous bonuses with transparent terms, responsive customer support in Indonesian, and a gaming environment that prioritizes safety and responsible play. We believe that online gambling should be entertaining, transparent, and accessible to everyone who meets our 21+ age requirement.

Why Indonesian Players Choose btv138

Indonesian players have unique needs when it comes to online gaming, and btv138 was built from the ground up with these needs in mind. We offer seamless integration with Indonesia's most popular payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata for traditional banking, as well as modern e-wallet solutions like OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), eliminating confusing currency conversions and hidden fees.

Our customer service team is staffed entirely by Indonesian-speaking agents who understand local culture, banking systems, and player concerns. Support is available 24/7 via Live Chat, WhatsApp, email, and in-app messaging, with average response times under 2 minutes during peak hours. Whether you have a question about depositing via BCA mobile banking, need help understanding mix parlay betting strategies, or want to activate responsible gaming tools, our team is always ready to assist in your native language.

We also recognize the importance of local sports and cultural events. btv138 offers comprehensive betting coverage on Indonesian football including BRI Liga 1 matches featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, PSM Makassar, and all other clubs, as well as Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) matches during AFF Cup, World Cup qualifiers, and other international tournaments. Our platform reflects the betting markets Indonesian players actually want: voor bola (Asian Handicap), Over/Under, 1X2, Correct Score, First Goalscorer, and the ever-popular mix parlay accumulators that can turn small stakes into substantial wins.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At btv138, we understand that online gambling is meant to be entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems or escape life's challenges. We take our responsibility to promote safe gaming seriously and have implemented comprehensive responsible gaming tools available to all players. These include self-exclusion options (1 week to permanent), deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and a confidential self-assessment quiz to help players evaluate their gambling behavior.

We strictly enforce a 21+ age requirement in compliance with Indonesian regulations and international best practices. Age verification is performed during registration and may be requested again during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before large withdrawals. We actively monitor for signs of problem gambling and reach out to players whose behavior suggests they may need help. Our support team is trained to provide resources and guidance to anyone who feels gambling is negatively impacting their life, relationships, or finances.

Our Values

• Transparency: We publish RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games, clearly state bonus wagering requirements upfront, and never hide terms in fine print. What you see is what you get at btv138.
