1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the btv138 website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible at btv138.cam and related domains.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the btv138 platform.
• "We," "Us," or "btv138" refers to the btv138 platform, its operators, and authorized representatives.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a user to access btv138 services.
• "Balance" refers to the funds available in a user's account for placing bets or playing games.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by btv138 subject to specific terms.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed on sports events, casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), or other gaming products available on the platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to comply with regulatory standards and prevent fraud.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the btv138 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account, depositing funds, or placing bets on btv138. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not legally prohibited from gambling and that your use of btv138 does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Geographic Restrictions: btv138 primarily serves players in Indonesia and accepts registrations from Indonesian residents. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to create accounts or use our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of btv138 complies with local laws.
• Single Account Rule: Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses associated with those accounts.
• Excluded Persons: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of btv138 staff are not eligible to participate in promotions or claim bonuses, though they may use the platform for regular betting activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create a btv138 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• Mobile phone number for security verification
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong password containing a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your password with anyone, including btv138 staff (we will never ask for your password)
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available for enhanced security
• Notify btv138 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

btv138 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. However, if you report unauthorized access promptly, we will investigate and take appropriate action.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

btv138 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your name)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID and a handwritten note with the current date and "btv138"

KYC verification is typically required for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000, before processing your first withdrawal, or if our security systems detect unusual activity. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

btv138 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees. btv138 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership.

4.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) completed if required
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000
• Withdrawal method must match your deposit method (anti-money laundering requirement)
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) to prevent money laundering

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during peak hours (9am-10pm WIB). VIP Gold and above members enjoy priority processing with withdrawals completed in under 5 minutes. Off-peak withdrawals may take up to 1 hour. Bank processing times are outside our control and may add 1-24 hours depending on your bank.

btv138 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a 1% processing fee (minimum Rp 10,000, maximum Rp 50,000). Withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day; VIP Diamond members up to Rp 500,000,000 per day.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

btv138 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to:

• Request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposits
• Freeze accounts suspected of money laundering activity pending investigation
• Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law
• Refuse withdrawals if deposits have not been wagered at least once

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

btv138 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or abusive bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. You must complete wagering requirements for your current bonus before claiming another.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• btv138 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse bonuses at our discretion, particularly if we detect bonus abuse.
• Players who have never made a deposit may have bonus winnings capped or voided.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before withdrawing. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Sports Betting: 20% contribution (minimum odds 1.50)
• Live Casino: 10% contribution
• Table Games: 10% contribution

Maximum bet limits apply during bonus play: typically Rp 25,000 per spin/bet for slots, Rp 100,000 per bet for sports. Exceeding the maximum bet may void your bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses have an expiration period stated in the specific promotion terms (typically 7-30 days). If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on btv138 are final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming. We are not liable for errors made by you when placing bets.

btv138 reserves the right to:

• Refuse or limit any bet without explanation
• Void bets if we detect technical errors, fraudulent activity, or match-fixing
• Adjust odds or cancel markets in response to significant betting activity or line errors
• Declare bets void if an event is cancelled, postponed, or does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time (unless otherwise stated)

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on btv138 covers BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other major competitions worldwide. Settlement is based on official results provided by our data providers. If official results are amended after settlement, btv138 reserves the right to void or re-settle bets.

For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, the parlay will be re-calculated with reduced odds. Minimum 3 selections required for parlay bets.

6.3 Live Betting (In-Play)

Live betting odds and markets are updated in real-time based on match events. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief lag between real events and odd updates. btv138 reserves the right to void bets placed after an outcome is effectively determined (e.g., betting on a goal after it has been scored).

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated. In case of malfunction, all affected bets are void.

6.5 Togel and Sabung Ayam

Togel draws are conducted by official lottery operators. Results are final and binding. For sabung ayam, results are based on official match outcomes declared by the arena operator. btv138 is not responsible for disputes regarding match outcomes, which must be resolved by the organizing body.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, btv138 and its affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to service
• Errors in odds, game results, or platform functionality (we will rectify errors and void affected bets)
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security
• Third-party actions, including payment provider delays or bank processing errors
• Any losses resulting from gambling activities (gambling involves risk, and you may lose money)

btv138 provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. While we strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, factors outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

Your maximum remedy for any claim against btv138 shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim. By using btv138, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless btv138 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination by User

You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days. After 30 days, dormant account balances may be subject to administrative fees.

8.2 Termination by btv138

btv138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• You provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• You created multiple accounts
• You engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating
• You abused bonuses or promotions (e.g., arbitrage betting, coordinated play)
• You used the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• You violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months

In the event of account closure for violation of terms, btv138 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance, void pending bets, and forfeit all bonuses. Legitimate balances from non-violating activity will be returned after deducting any applicable fees.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, btv138 offers self-exclusion options. You may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations. By using btv138, you agree to resolve any disputes through the following process:

10. General Provisions

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and btv138 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
